I generally tend to stay away from internet soapboxes, but seriously….
ABC’s Good Morning America has decided to cancel an appearance from American Idol reject Adam Lambert in the wake of the scandal stemming from his on-stage kiss with a male backup dancer.
Instead, they are going forward with an interview and album promotion piece from Chris Brown, whose only relevance to pop culture is that he managed to turn this in to this.
My personal favorite part of the article is this:
another ABC insider told the Post that it was not Lambert’s sexuality which got him cancelled from “GMA,” but rather, the fact that he, “showed himself to be unpredictable on live TV.”
Because nothing is more predictable than domestic abuse.
The lesson here is to, by all means, beat the shit out of your girlfriend, but if you even think of letting your man parts near another man’s parts, prepare to incur the wrath of angry gods.
Come. The fuck. On.
